Ward Rinner

Ward E. Rinner, age 60, of Lamar, Missouri passed away February 18, 2024, in Carthage, Missouri.

Ward was born August 13, 1963 in Coshocton, Ohio to Ward Elijah Rinner and Irma Jean (Guilliams) Rinner.






 

Ward worked as a certified nurse aide at St. Luke's Nursing Home in Carthage, Missouri and formerly worked as a CNA at Truman Healthcare in Lamar, MO., and Dade County Nursing Home in Greenfield, Missouri. Ward loved fishing and being outside any chance he got, he also loved attending his kid's sporting events. He was a huge fan of the Los Angeles Chargers, loved to cook (and clean).

Survivors include three sons, Christopher Rinner of Springfield, Missouri, Tristin Rinner of Marionville, Missouri and Nolan Daughenbaugh of Centralia, Missouri; one daughter, Jesika Rinner of Lamar, MO; three step-sons, Nathan Helvey, Cody Helvey and Zachary Helvey; one granddaughter, Novalee Ann Rinner of Springfield, MO; one brother, Kevin (Lynn Ann) Rinner of Oceanside, California; one sister, Karen Rinner of Newport, Vermont; and along with a host of friends and co-workers.

Ward was preceded in death by his parents; and one sister, Stacey Jo Rinner.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 1, 2024, at Daniel Funeral Home with burial to follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery in Lamar, MO.








The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 1, 2024 prior to the service at the funeral home.
