(From Housh-Goodwin Funeral Home)Jerry Dean Lowe, 69, of Wentworth, Missouri, passed away Thursday, February 1, 2024, in the comfort of his home.
Jerry was born on September 6, 1954, in Kansas City, Missouri to the union of the late Herbert E. and Dorothy Glynn (Owen) Lowe. He was a graduate of Pierce City High School. He was a lifelong area resident.
Jerry worked in the trucking industry with his father, as well as farming. Jerry was a hard worker and helped so many around his community brush hogging, mowing and plowing snow. He was always lending a helping hand. Jerry also enjoyed making yard decorations. He will truly be missed by those who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Jerry is survived by his siblings, Genda Barchak and husband, Frank, of Crane, Missouri, Ron Lowe and wife, Lynn, of Monett, and Rick Lowe of Wentworth; several nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other family and friends.
Celebration of Life will be from 1-4:00 pm Saturday, February 17, 2024, at Wentworth City Hall, Wentworth, Missouri. Cremation arrangements are under the personal care and direction of Housh-Goodwin Funeral Home in Sarcoxie, Missouri.
