Jim Potter

James "Jim" Lee Potter, of Joplin, Mo. passed away on February 1, 2024, at the age of 65. He was born on February 26, 1958, in Pittsburg, Kansas, to the late Troy and Barbara Potter.

Jim was involved in the National Guard. He retired as a plant operator of the water waste department. He took great pride in his 1973 Barracuda and enjoyed the freedom of the open road aboard his Harley Davidson.

He is survived by his brother, Samuel Potter, whom he shared an unbreakable bond with.

His absence will be deeply felt by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.




Cremation arrangements are under the direct care of Parker Mortuary, Joplin, Mo.
