Elizabeth Baker

Florida Elizabeth Baker, 90, of Goodman, Missouri passed away Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at her home. She was born July 28, 1934 in Keota, Oklahoma to Murvin Scoggins and Opal Goines Scoggins.

She was very involved in each church she was blessed to attend. She was a former member of Ozark First Baptist Church, First Baptist Church of Pea Ridge and a current member of Goodman First Baptist Church. She faithfully attended the “Love One Another” Sunday School Class and enjoyed the Franklin County Senior Citizens Center.






 

Elizabeth was a great homemaker, loved her family and especially enjoyed making candy for Christmas gifts. She took good care of her home and her farm animals.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two husbands, Carl Dagley and Al Baker; one daughter, Carla Williams; sisters, Jimmie Lee Bergey, Barbara Berryhill, Jane Chandler, Nancy Grant; brothers, Billy Coy, Mervin Scoggins, Tom Coy; two grandsons, Connor Gray, Andrew Dagley and one granddaughter, Madison Gray.

Elizabeth is survived by three children, David Dagley (Lori) of Goodman, Chris Dagley (Cassie) of Bella Vista, Arkansas, Michelle Gray (Brian) of North Carolina; 7 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Bob Coy of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Charles Coy of Muskogee, Oklahoma and many nieces and nephews and extended family.






 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Florida Baker to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or the Arkansas Baptist Children’s Home.

Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, February 8, 2025 at Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge, Arkansas with Chaplain Bruce Yelverton officiating. Burial will follow at Pea Ridge Cemetery.
