Wiley Tracy

Wiley Bascom Tracy, aged 76, of Joplin, Missouri, passed away on March 2, 2025. Born on December 5, 1948, in Missouri, Wiley was a beloved father, grandfather, and great-grandfather who dedicated 20 years of his life as a Brakeman for Kansas City Southern Railway, proudly serving the railroad industry until his retirement.

Wiley will be remembered for his vibrant spirit and diverse interests. He had a passion for painting landscapes, found joy in fast cars, motorcycles, playing Keno, and traveling—especially to Las Vegas. His love for life was evident in everything he did, and he brought happiness to those around him.








He is survived by his two daughters, Kimberly (David) Clymer of Joplin, MO, and Crystal (Ben) Tiberghien of Webb City, MO. Wiley was a proud grandfather to five grandchildren: Alex Clymer, Anna Clymer-Grider, Taylor Tracy, Emily Keeling, and Kamren Moses. He also cherished his three great-grandchildren: Terra, Skylee, and Lincoln Keeling.

Wiley was preceded in death by his parents, James and Irene (Trenary) Tracy, and his sister, Elda (Tracy) Sanders.

Graveside services for Wiley will be held on Friday, March 7, 2025, at 1:00 PM at Dice Cemetery in Fairview, MO. A visitation will take place prior to the service, from 11:30am - 12:30pm at Clark Funeral Home in Neosho, MO. Family and friends are invited to gather and celebrate Wiley's life, sharing memories and honoring the legacy he leaves behind.
