(From Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home)Nola Belle Maggard, 13, of Springfield Missouri, passed away at 2:47pm March 23, 2025 in Mercy Hospital.
She was born November 14, 2011 in Springfield, MO to Jason and Sarah Maggard. She enjoyed attending Westport School, of Springfield, where she was surrounded by many friends and teachers.
Nola shared a love for online gaming with her friends where she could express her creativity. She enjoyed the art of animation and content creating. Nola also had a love for the character Stitch.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents: Jimmy Cannon, Kim Peterson, Shawn and Wendy Schofield. Nola is survived by her parents Jason and Sarah as well as her brother Ethan. Grand parents Pam Cannon, Bobbie Peterson, and John Schumacher. Surviving Great Grandparents Marilyn Blackburn and Max Maples. Aunts and uncles including Ashley and Sam Betancourt, Niki Schofield, Rachelle Schofield, Larry Cannon, Kelsey Cannon, Marvadawn Cannon, Bobbi Forester, Brandon Davis and Michael Peterson, as well as many cousins who loved spending time with her.
Celebration of life services will take place April 13, 2025 at Nathaniel Greene Park from 11-3pm. The family has requested to wear her favorite character stitch or her favorite color, pink. -2400 S Scenic Ave, Springfield, MO 65807.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made directly to the family.
