Bradley J. York, age 51 of Joplin, Mo., passed away on Wednesday, October 11, 2017, at Freeman Hospital following an illness.
Brad was born on April 1, 1966 in Joplin the son of Bob York and Thelma June (Alleger) Henson. He has a lifetime area resident, Brad, worked as a cook at Joplin Health & Rehabilitation for 15 years. He loved spending time with friends and family. Brad also enjoyed being at the river and just having a good time.
He married Gina Clark on December 15, 2006, she survives. Additional survivors include his daughter; Paige Himes of Joplin, son; Trevor Robbins of Joplin, step-daughter; Kayla Corcoran of Joplin, step-son ; Zackary Corcoran of Joplin, and others as his own, two grandsons on the way, and his niece and nephew, Amber and Dayton Ayers. Brad was preceded in death by his parents and by his sister; Ranae Ayers.
Funeral services have been scheduled for 3:00 p.m. Monday, October 16, 2017 at the Mason-Woodard Chapel. The family will receive friends during a time of visitation following the service.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Mason-Woodard Mortuary & Chapel.
