Dadrian Robert Fryer, age 21, of Mt. Vernon, Missouri, formerly of Kaiserslautern, Germany, passed away at 2:20 p.m. on Sunday, October 29, 2017, at the Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri. He was born January 25, 1996, in Virginia Beach, Virginia, the son of Alford and Angela (Manning) Fryer, Jr.
Dadrian was a 2014 graduate of Kaiserslautern, High School in Kaiserslautern, Germany and was attending Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri.
Dadrian is survived by his father, Alford Fryer, Jr., of Kaiserslautern, Germany; his mother, Angela Fryer, of Mt. Vernon; one sister, Danessa Fryer, of Mt. Vernon; maternal grandmother, Barbara Manning, of Mt. Vernon; three aunts, Christie Townley and her husband, Bruce, of Lockwood, Missouri, Elaine Wendler and her husband, Steve, of Mt. Vernon and Adriene Fryer-Hicks of Tampa, Florida; two uncles, Nathan Manning and his wife, Edwina, of Mt. Vernon and Algene Fryer and his wife, Waldine, of Dallas, Texas and several cousins.
His maternal grandfather, David Manning and paternal grandmother, Helen Fryer, preceded him in death.
A funeral service, under the direction of the Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home, in Mt. Vernon, will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 4, 2017, at the First Baptist Church in Mt. Vernon. Burial will follow at the Mt. Vernon City Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6:00–8:00 p.m. on Friday, November 3, 2017, at the church.
