Marlene Ehrhart, 80, Anderson, entered into rest on Oct. 16, 2017 at McDonald County Living Center, following an extended illness.
Marlene was born Dec. 5, 1936 in Neosho, the daughter of Glen and Florence (Davidson) Churchwell. She was a lifelong area resident and a homemaker. She enjoyed painting, crafts, sewing and cooking for her family. She was a member of the Seneca Church of Christ.
Marlene and Delbert Ehrhart were married in 1954 in Newton County and he preceded her in death on May 14, 2013. She is survived by two daughters, Lisa Ehrhart of Neosho and Brenda Baker of Neosho; a grandson, Curtis Baker and wife, Olya of Wichita, Kansas and Amanda Ehrhart of Neosho; and great grandchildren, Andrew, Luke and Elijah Baker. In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by a brother, Arthur Gene Churchwell and sister, Joyce Dennison.
Services will be Friday, Oct. 20, 2017 at 1 pm at the Clark Funeral Home, Bob Hampton will officiate. Interment will follow in the New Salem Cemetery and serving as pallbearers will be John King, Denny Wilson, Ethan Wilson, Aaron Wilson, Josh King and Jake King.
