Jackie Rae Mattingly was born Aug. 12, 1939 in Mindeumines, Missouri, the son of John and Elizabeth Mattingly. He entered into rest on October 20, 2017 at his home in Neosho.
Jack moved to the area in 1973 and had worked as an engineer at Premier Turbines. Jack is survived by two daughters, Sabrina Jones of Neosho and Denise Newman and husband, Choc of Stella; six grandchildren and four great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents.
