(From Greenfield Funeral Chapel)Emily D. Stockton, of Greenfield, MO, departed this life on Tuesday, August 1, 2023, in her home at the age of 95.
She was born on April 1, 1928 in Los Angeles, CA to Ralph and Marie (Karney) Padilla. Emily was united in marriage to Gareth Stockton on May 16, 1954 in San Fernando, CA. She was member of the Hampton Presbyterian Church.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Ralph and Marie Padilla; her husband, Gareth Stockton; and two sisters, Marie Brown and Marcella Horn. Emily leaves a loving family, her caregivers, and friends.
A Celebration of Life graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, August 7, 2023, at Hampton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hampton Cemetery or to the Disabled American Veterans. Services are under the care of Greenfield Funeral Chapel.
