(From Ozark Funeral Home)Joseph “Joe” Marshal Harriman, 88 of Rocky Comfort, Missouri was called to Heaven on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at his residence.
Joe was born in Rocky Comfort, Missouri on September 26, 1935 to the late, Roy and Imajean (Vinyard) Harriman. He married the love of his life, Ruby Edmondson on June 1, 1956 in Neosho, Missouri. He worked in construction and farming.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Ruby Harriman and a sister, Rosalee Harriman.
Joe is survived by his children, Jeanne and Rick Stramel of Carthage, Missouri, Vannah Harriman of Neosho, Missouri, Dianna and Kelly Kissire of Anderson, Missouri, Stacey and Heather Harriman of Rocky Comfort, Missouri; a brother, Darrell Harriman of Harrisonville, Missouri; eight grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; along with a host of other family and friends who will dearly miss Joe.
A Celebration of Life visitation will be held on Friday, March 29, 2024 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the New Mac Community Room in Anderson, Missouri. The family will receive friends at this time. Private burial will be held at a later date in the Union Cemetery in Stella, Missouri.
