(From Greenfield Funeral Chapel)We are saddened to announce the passing of Derek Bridges, who was born on October 18, 1970 and passed away on September 28, 2024 in Greenfield, Missouri
Derek is survived by his four children, Kaylee Bridges, Dalton Bridges (spouse Jasmine Berten), Cassidy Bridges (spouse Steven Ellison), and Garrett Bridges (spouse Elvin Kincheloe). He also leaves behind three beloved grandchildren, Sophia, Aubri, and Lily; stepmother, Terry Bridges; and two sisters, Brandi Heaton and Julia Bridges.
Derek was preceded in death by his father, Eddie Bridges; his mother, Janice Potts; one brother, Jason Culture; and two sisters, Melanie Bridges and Leah Culture.
Derek worked at Sheet Metal Union and was passionate about the outdoors. He enjoyed activities such as hunting, fishing, camping, and gardening.
He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
