Brenda Mustain

Brenda Coleen Mustain 74, of Locust Grove, Oklahoma, passed away on October 5, 2024, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas, around 10:40 p.m., after a long illness.

Brenda Coleen Mustain was born in Caney, Kansas, on September 26th, 1950, to Pearl (Longshore) Heiskell and Kenneth Heiskell. She attended New Life Baptist Church. She worked in various places over the years. She married Ray Dean Mustain on January 28th, 1965. 






She is survived by one son, Jamie Mustain and his wife, Christie; one daughter, Patricia Knot; two sisters, Jeannie and her husband, Alan Crim, Loretta and her husband Tom Woodrum; two brothers, John Heiskell and wife Luella, Kenneth Hank Heiskell and wife Debbie Heiskell; four grandchildren, Jacob Creel, Kyle Mustain, Danielle Boatright, and Chelsi Tugmon; nine great-grandchildren, Ray and Nichole Tugmon, Lucian, Aniken, Gabriel and Alexander Mustain, Lyla Baker, Abigail and Eli Woolhisier. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews that she loved very much.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Ray Dean Mustain, her parents, Kenneth Heiskell and Pearl (longshore) Heiskell, and one sister, Dana Metler.

Memorial Services for Brenda Coleen Mustain will be held on Friday, October 11, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. at her son’s house in Seneca, Missouri, with Reverend Kenneth Hank Heiskell officiating the memorial service. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Ozark Funeral Home in Anderson, Missouri.
