Chance was born at Freeman Hospital. He lived his whole life in Duenweg, Missouri. He attended Soaring Heights Elementary, East Middle School and Joplin High School. His loving heart and soul was taken from us far to soon on October 17, 2024 due to a car accident. He was only 17 years old.
Chance was so full of life. He loved online gaming with his friends, goofing around, going to the creek, kayaking, hanging with friends and Door Dash. In his young life he had achieved so many things. He got his driver’s permit, got a job at Wendy’s where he worked for almost 2 years, he bought a car and he changed so much over the years.
Chance was a devout member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. He actively participated in the church’s youth group, enriching his spiritual life and forming lasting friendships.
Chance is survived by his mother, Nichole Neal; sister, Annie Stewart; brother, Duke Scott; grandmother, Cindy House; aunt and uncles, Larry and Frances Cook, Eric Greeding and Cricket Greeding; first cousins, Nicole Mazur, Grace Geeding and Grant Geeding.
Chance is preceded in death by his father, Mark Milton; grandfather’s Dennis House, Kenneth Neal and O’Neil Milton, Sr.; first cousin, Zachary Geeding.
Funeral services are planned for Tuesday, October 29, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at Parker Mortuary with burial to follow at Union Cemetery near Powell, Missouri. Family will receive friends on Monday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Parker Mortuary Chapel.
Chance will be deeply missed by all who knew him, he was truly one of a kind.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary, Joplin, Missouri.
