(From Clark Funeral Home)With heavy hearts, the Alan Watson family announces his passing on October 24, 2024. Born on August 18, 1955, in Neosho, Missouri to Don and Wilma Jean Watson, Alan was a cherished member of the community.
He graduated from Neosho High School in 1973 and went on to excel in football at the University of Arkansas. Alan married Susan Heath Watson on July 27, 1982, in Miami, Oklahoma. As a dedicated machinist at Dwyer Enterprises, Alan found joy in fishing, particularly trout fishing where he honed his skills by tying his own jigs. He also had a deep passion for camping and float trips.
Alan is survived by his loving wife Susan Watson, his daughter Carolyn Ginger, and his nephew Cody Watson. He was preceded in death by his parents Don and Wilma Jean, as well as his brother Brian.
No services will be held at this time. May his legacy live on through the cherished memories he created with his family and friends. Alan will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
