Justin Farmer

(From Ozark Funeral Home)

Justin Caleb Farmer, 45, of Southwest City, Missouri, a cherished husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend, passed away unexpectedly from an apparent heart attack while pheasant hunting in South Dakota on Sunday, October 20, 2024. He entered this life on February 13, 1979, in Gravette, Arkansas, born to the union of Eddie and Deborah (Mathia) Farmer.

Raised in Noel, Missouri, Justin was a 1997 graduate of McDonald County High School. He furthered his education by attending Crowder College in Neosho. He was a skilled welder by trade.

After Erin and he were married, Justin traded in his welding torch for an office manager's chair At the Erin Willis Law Firm in Pineville. His commitment to his work was matched only by his dedication to his community, as evidenced by his active membership in the Tri City Community Church in Pineville, the McDonald County Republican Club, and the Newton/McDonald County Cattleman's Association. Justin's interests reflected his love for the great outdoors. He found peace and joy in the simplicity of nature, whether it was hunting or fishing.

On December 12, 2009, Justin married Erin (Dobbs) Willis, and together they created a wonderful blended family that was the center of his world. Justin is survived by his loving wife, Erin Farmer, and their seven children: Cheyenne Farmer, Davon Willis, Lakelynn Farmer, Quincey Willis, Bryce Willis, Timber Farmer, and Jessica Wood.

His legacy continues through his seven grandchildren: McKinley Willis, Adilynn Wadlow, Oak Willis, Waylon Willis, Mateo Willis, Axel Willis, and Walker Wills, with one more blessing on the way. Additionally Justin is survived by his parents, Eddie and Deborah Farmer; a brother, Jason Farmer; sister, Michelle Amos; his mother-in-law, Karen Dobbs; as well as a host of other family and friends. His father-in-law, Bill Dobbs preceded him in death. He was a beacon of love and guidance for his family, and his presence will be profoundly missed.

Funeral services are 6:00 p.m. Thursday, October 24, 2024 at Ozark Funeral Home in Anderson, Missouri. The family will receive friends on Thursday beginning at 4:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Ozark Funeral Home in Anderson, Missouri.
