(From Bland-Hackleman Funeral Home)Eric Michael McGee was born to Roberta Holl and Jeremy McGee on September 13, 2003, at Barton County Memorial Hospital. From that day Eric started winning hearts.
Growing up, Eric never met a stranger, they were only friends he had not met yet. Eric went to school in Lamar through his second-grade year. He then transferred to El Dorado Springs where he attended school till graduation with the class of 2022.
Eric never wanted anyone to be upset and would always offer a magical Eric hug that seemed to always solve the problem, if only for a minute. In 2019 he was diagnosed with brain cancer and for over five years he fought a courageous battle. On October 27, 2024, surrounded by loved ones Eric gained his wings and won his battle over cancer.
He was greeted in heaven by many family members who went before him.
He is survived by his mother, Roberta Blaser (Nathan) of Milford along with siblings Kerah and August; his father Jeremy McGee (Stacy) of Milo along with siblings Joshua and Ethan; grandparents, Robert and Roberta Williams of Milo; and many uncles, aunts, and cousins who miss him dearly.

We ask that at his funeral everyone wear red and black as he loved his Eldo Bulldogs.
