(From Ozark Funeral Home)Haskeretta Lufay “Hasky” McCool, age 80, of Pineville, Missouri, departed this life on Wednesday evening, October 2, 2024. She was born August 20, 1944 in Fayetteville, Arkansas to Loria Mae Smith and Haskel Franklin Parks. Hasky grew up in Rupert, Idaho and graduated from Minico High School.
She married Michael Price McCool, April 3, 1964 and had 3 children, Allen Dean, Michelle Ann and Stephanie Annette.
Hasky has been a long-time resident of McDonald County after moving from Oregon. Her strong work ethic could be seen in her career for over 30 years of working with children and adults with disabilities.
When not working, she was enjoying time with friends, family and flowers.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her son Allen Dean McCool and brother Oliver Burdine Parks.
She is survived by her two daughters, three brothers, two sisters, 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Graveside services are 10:00 a.m. Friday, October 11, 2024 at Simsberry Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Ozark Funeral Home in Anderson, Missouri.
