Toye Cheevers

Toye Neal Vaden Cheevers, age 86, of Webb City, Mo., passed away on Sunday June 9, 2019, at Freeman Hospital, following an illness.

Toye was born on February 4, 1933 in Elmwood, Tn., the daughter of the late Phillip and Hazel (Dickenson) Vaden. She graduated from Gordonsville High School in Watertown, Tn. She served in the United States Air Force and was a Veteran of the Korean War. She attended Shoal Creek Revival and was a member of a ladies prayer group. She enjoyed gardening and quilting.








Toye is survived by one daughter, Kandra Dunn and husband Keith, Lawton, Ks.; four sons, Benjamin Cutler and wife Heide, Saline, Mich., Bradley Cutler and wife Susan, Missoula, Mt., Barry Todd Cutler and wife Gigi, Chico, Ca., and Josef Cheevers and wife Tricia, of Richland,Wa.; one brother, Kenny Vaden and wife Cornelia, Dixon, Tn.; ten grandchildren, and seventeen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one brother and five sisters.

Funeral services will be 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Mason-Woodard Chapel. Pastor Bill Harvil will officiate. Burial will be in Webb City Cemetery with Military Honors. The visitation will be 6-7 p.m. Wednesday at Mason-Woodard.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Mason-Woodard Mortuary & Crematory.
