Angie Kay Hoskins, age 50, of Joplin, MO went to her heavenly home on Saturday, April 12, 2014.
Angie was born August 29, 1963 to Phil Thamert and the late Carol Millis Thamert in Texarkana, TX. She graduated from the Carthage High School and also attended classes at Hutchinson Jr. College. Angie was a homemaker and a wonderful mother. She was a very faithful member of Immanuel Lutheran Church where she was active in many ministries including Vacation Bible School.
On June 26, 1982 she married Mark Hoskins in Carthage, MO. He survives of the home. Additional survivors include her father, Phil Thamert of Joplin; one son, Patrick Hoskins and wife, Ashley of Oronogo; daughters, Mallory Hoskins of Joplin, Olivia Hoskins of Joplin; brother, Phillip Thamert of Carthage; sister, Lucy Adams of Joplin; grandchildren, Brandon and Melanie Hoskins.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Carol and one sister, Kerri Thamert.
Service are planned for Thursday, April 17, 2014 at 10:00 AM at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Joplin, MO. Family visitation will be Wednesday, April 16, 2014 from 6-7 PM at Parker Mortuary. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Martin Luther School or New Hope Haiti Mission in care of the mortuary.
Service arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary, Joplin, MO.
