Phyllis June Deshasier, age 69, Joplin, passed away at 10:30 p.m. Thursday, July 6, 2017.
Phyllis was born September 30, 1947 in Racine, Missouri to the late William Harold Durbin and Elnora McGhee Durbin and lived in the area all of her life.
She worked at Eagle Picher Industries and at the former Morton Booth Company. Phyllis loved spending time with her family and enjoyed playing bingo and taking trips to the local casinos.
In addition to her parents, Phyllis was preceded in death by two husbands, Norman Allen and Tom Deshasier; and siblings, Mark Durbin, Sandra Testerman, Kay Ashford and Danny Durbin.
Survivors include her children, Kathy Wilson and her husband, Steve, Joplin, Doug Allen and his wife, Amy, Granby, Sheila Brown and her husband, Brad, Webb City; grandchildren, Brettly, Brandon, Hailey, Blake, Payla, Malachi; one great granddaughter, Paisly Jo; and siblings, Wayne Durbin, Dale Durbin, Raymond Durbin, Linda Whipkey, Glenda Atkinson and Karen Sanders.
Services are planned for Saturday at 6:00 p.m. at Parker Mortuary Chapel. The family will receive friends following the services at the mortuary. Contributions may be made to the Phyllis Deshasier Memorial Fund, in care of Parker Mortuary.
Arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary.
