(From White Funeral Home)
On July 2, 2017, Bill Cargile, age 74, of Pineville, MO passed from this world and stepped into the loving arms of his parents and grandson, Jacob Cargile. Billy Wayne, the eldest son of Wayne and Lillian (Burns) Cargile, was born on November 8,1942 in Washburn, MO. Raised in the Assembly of God Church, he grew up playing baseball, coon hunting, and worked as a logger with his father even after graduating as a Washburn Trojan. He married and had two children. Later he remarried and gained three stepchildren. Bill was a man of many talents including working as a farrier, carpenter, framer, roughneck, and drywaller, while also enjoying bareback riding, bulldogging, and cattle penning. His quick wit and down to earth spirit made him a friend to many and he will be missed.
Bill is survived by his wife of 32 years, Ruby (Wise) Cargile; his two daughters, Nerissa Camp and Annalisa Roth; three step-children, Greg Dewill, Teena Stewart, and Reena Eberle; grandchildren and great-grandchildren; his brother, Tom Cargile; and his sister, Betty Hanley.
A private family gathering will be held at a later date.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of the White Funeral Home and Crematory, Cassville, Missouri.
