John R. Bogle, 79, Neosho, entered into rest on July 19, 2017 at his home in Neosho, following an extended illness.
John was born Dec. 3, 1937 in Carthage and was a lifelong area resident. He worked as a commercial truck driver for 40 years and then worked in security at Twin Rivers for four years. He enjoyed working on tractors and small equipment and was a member of the Citizen Band Radio and was known as ‘Ramblin Johnny’.
John and Lillie Snyder were married on Jan. 22, 1955 in Carthage and she survives of the home. Additional survivors include three children, Alisha Bogle of Kansas City, KS, Randall Bogle of Joplin and Pamela Rodriguez and husband, Daniel of Neosho; twelve grandchildren; twenty one great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. He is preceded in death by a daughter, Karen Edens.
Visitation will be Saturday, July 22, 2017 at the Clark Funeral Home, Neosho from 1 to 2 pm. Memorial graveside services will be Saturday, July 29, 2017 at 10 am at the Oakhill Cemetery, Carthage, MO.
