Bonnie Alice (Hudson) Gaddy was promoted to her heavenly home on Friday, April 3, 2020 at 6:38 p.m. She was surrounded by and in the presence of her children.
Bonnie was the daughter of Ethel and James Henry Hudson. She was born December 26, 1930.
Bonnie and her husband John Lewis Gaddy, Sr. celebrated 63 years of marriage together, he preceded her in death.
Survivors include John L. Gaddy, Jr. and wife Yvonne of Weir, KS, Debra E. Gepford and husband Eddie of Frontenac, Daryl E. Gaddy and wife Diane of Frontenac, Beverly Johnston and husband Brian of Joplin and Ben Gaddy and wife Jeanne of Pittsburg; a daughter-in-law Lyla Gaddy of Cherokee; sister; Thelma McNeely, brother; Roy C. Hudson, 19 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by one son; Dennis Dale (Lyla) Gaddy, 11 brothers and sisters and a great-grandson Dakota Garrett.
The greatest gift any mother can give to her children is to be a Christian with a godly witness. Bonnie did both and provided love to them and to all others who met her.
Due to COVID 19 a private family graveside burial at Crocker Cemetery was 10 am Tuesday April 7, 2020. Condolences may be left at www.bathnaylor.com. Memorials may be made to the Lighthouse Tabernacle or donors choice of charity, these may be mailed to the Bath-Naylor Funeral Home.
