Susie Nelson

Glenda Sue "Susie" Nelson, 68, of Jane, Missouri, departed this life on Saturday evening, May 30th, 2020, surrounded by her family and close friends.

Susie was born in Stella, Missouri on April 27th, 1952 in the union of Vernon Clark and Joy Lamb Clark. She was raised in Jane on their family farm where she and her husband Robert Nelson have been lifelong residents. Robert and Susie were married for 44 years and raised three children on the family farm.

Susie is survived by her loving husband, Robert Nelson, two children, Vernon Nelson and Sunshine Nelson, both of Jane Missouri, nine beautiful grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A sister, Donna Qualls of Jane, Missouri, a brother Ferris Clark and wife Cathrine, of Grove, Ok. As well as a host of other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Vernon and Joy Clark, her oldest son, Ronnie Ware Sr., and her best cutting mare, Starbert Donna.

Everyone knew her as "Suz" and she was loved by so many, she enjoyed her flower gardening, porch sitting, cutting a rug, fishing and being the cowgirl that she was. Susie was a dog groomer and vet assistant for many years. Her love for her horses was never-ending.
