Cleo C. Cook, 95, Neosho, entered into rest on Sunday, March 11, 2018 at Medicalodge in Neosho, after a short illness.
Cleo was born July 19, 1922 in Stella, Missouri, the daughter of Clyde and Ressie (Lewis) Spiva.
She graduated from Stella High School in 1939 and was a lifelong area resident.
She was a homemaker and had volunteered with the Red Cross Bloodmobile and was a member of the Gingham Girls in Granby.
She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Neosho.
Cleo and Clyde Cook were married on May 24, 1941 and he preceded her in death on Oct. 18, 1995.
Cleo is survived by three children, Clytia Alumbaugh and husband, Verl of Neosho; Juanita Hagedorn of Ft. Smith, Arkansas and Steve Cook of Granby; nine grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by three brothers, Edwin Spiva, Thurman Spiva and Norman Spiva and daughter in law, Susan Cook.
Services will be held on Thursday, March 15, 2018 at 11 am at the Clark Funeral Home Chapel of Memories, Rev. Ralph Walker will officiate.
Interment will be in the Macedonia Cemetery and grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends prior to the service from 10 am until service time Thursday.
