Rosalee Kearney, age 80, of Joplin, passed away Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at Joplin Gardens, surrounded by her family.
Rosalee was born December 6, 1937 in Powell, MO to the late Ross Cooper and Bernice Clanton Cooper.
She married Bobby Franklin Kearney on June 20, 1956 in Jane, MO, he survives of the home.
Rosalee was a member of the Church of Christ, 26th and Connecticut, Joplin.
In addition to her husband, Bobby, she is survived by, one son, Robert Kearney and wife, Leona, Bentonville, AR; two daughters, Susan Duffy and husband, Tim, Bella Vista, AR and Lisa Cave and husband Lynn, of Springdale, AR; three sisters, Bonnie Schlessman, Bentonville, AR, Joyce Neale, Anderson, MO, and JoElla Sala, Powell, MO; ten grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and one great great-grandchild.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by, one son, David Lee Kearney; one brother, Bill Cooper, and three brother-in-laws, Jerry Sala, Tom Schlessman and John Neale.
Funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, at Parker Mortuary Chapel with Richard Chambers officiating. Burial will follow in Osborne Memorial Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. Thursday at the mortuary.
