Donald Lee Jeffery, age 70, Carl Junction, passed away Monday, March 12, 2018 at his residence.
Don was born October 15, 1947 in Joplin to the late Johnnie Tucker and Betty Jo Benigar Tucker.
Don attended Joplin High School and finished his high school education while serving in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Following the war, he worked as a glass glazier for several years. Don was a member of Born Again Gospel Church, and Freedom Road Riders. He enjoyed building VW Trikes, and owned and operated Outsiders and Renegades, where he was known as 'Old Man'. He was also a lifetime member of the Disabled American Veterans.
He married Diana Spencer on June 13, 1985 in Irving, Texas. She survives at the home.
Also at the home are a daughter, Shawnte Jeffery, and grandchildren, Jordon Jeffery, Colton and McKenzie James.
Additional survivors include five sons, Don Games and wife, Sarah, Billie Games, all of Oregon, John Jeffery and wife, Jenny, Joshua Jeffery, and Jacob Jeffery and wife, Sarah, all of Galena, Kansas; a daughter, Shanda Machovskiy, of Washington; four brothers, Bob Jeffery and wife, Barbara, Sparta, Missouri, Mike Tucker, Carl Junction, Jimmie Tucker and wife, Wanda, Diamond, Missouri, Johnnie Tucker and Tina, Oklahoma; three sisters, Terri and husband, Ken, Sherri, and Cathy Jo and husband, Jeff; a special niece, Rebecca Marney; nineteen grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Don was preceded in death by a daughter, Diana Jo Jeffery, and a sister, Carol Jean Jeffery.
Funeral services will be at Friday, March 16, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in Parker Mortuary Chapel with Pastors Keneth Miner and Brian Spencer officiating.
The family will receive friends on Friday from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the mortuary. Burial will follow in Mount Hope Cemetery, Webb City with full military honors.
