Tony Wayne Bordeaux, 44, passed away Sunday, March 11, 2018 at Freeman Hospital in Joplin. Tony was born July 24, 1973 in Barstow, California to Anthony Bordeaux, Sr. of St. Francis, SD and Loretta “Hijoe” Bordeaux of Winslow, AZ.
Tony was a Carthage resident for the past 20 years and attended Lifepoint Pentecostal Church in Joplin, MO.
Tony is survived by his parents; two brothers, Waylon and Anthony, Jr. both of St. Francis, SD; four sisters, Tonia Ibarra and Regina Moore both of Carthage, Danielle Canby of Lincoln, NE and Jenny Blackbear of St. Francis, SD; one maternal grandmother, Gertrude Hijoe of Winslow, AZ; eight nieces, including Tanisha Watson and Keyonna Moore; 15 nephews, including Rico Alvarado and Derrick Moore.
A Going Home Memorial Celebration will be held at 5:00 p.m. Friday, March 16, 2018 at Carthage Family Worship Center at Case St. and Sycamore St. in Carthage.
