Eurell Delane “Dee” Crowl, age 80, of Joplin, Missouri, passed away Thursday, April 27, 2017 at The Communities of Wildwood Ranch in Joplin following a decline in health.
Dee was born April 16, 1937 in Granby, Missouri, to the union of the late Albert and Georgia (Davis) Robinson. She was raised in the Joplin area and graduated in 1955 from Joplin Memorial High School. Dee worked outside the home for a short time at the old Helton’s CafĂ© in Joplin, but she is best remembered as a devoted homemaker as she raised her seven children. Dee greatly enjoyed playing bingo, dancing and many kinds of flowers. She was a member of the First Assembly of God of Carl Junction.
Dee was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Donald Robinson.
Survivors include her children, Danny Howe (Angie) of Seneca, Missouri, Virginia Ryan of Joplin, Missouri, Tammy Nash (Mike) of Ft. Worth, Texas, Cavelle Hulstine (Joey) of Webb City, Missouri, Eddie Atwood of Joplin, Rachel Nash (Juan) of Temecula, California, and Paul Crowl (Mericka) of Carthage, Missouri; thirteen grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; and a brother, Wayne Robinson, of San Juan Capistrano, California.
Funeral services for Dee are 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 2, 2017 in the chapel of Thornhill-Dillon Mortuary in Joplin with Pastor Bob Winnett officiating. Burial will follow at Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery in Joplin. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Monday at the mortuary.
