Billy Joe Pippin, Sr., 73, Stark City, Missouri, entered into rest on June 7, 2018 at Freeman Neosho Hospital, following an extended illness.
Billy was born June 27, 1944 in Carthage, the son of William and Gussie (Garrison) Pippin. He was a lifelong area resident and had worked at Tyson Foods. Billy enjoyed fishing, hunting and going to flea markets. He is survived by five children, Melissa Lawrence; Billy Joe Pippin, Jr. of Joplin; Billy Kelly Pippin of Neosho; Alicia Jessen of Joplin and Ira Adam Pippin of Stark City; one brother, Willard Pippin of Reeds, MO and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, four brothers and one sister.
A memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, June 14, 2018 from 5 to 6 pm at the Living Waters Fellowship in Stark City, Missouri.
