Jonathan Eugene Jordan, 38, Neosho, entered into rest suddenly on June 7, 2018 in Neosho. Jonathan was born Dec. 23, 1979 in Arlington, TX and moved to the SW Missouri area in 2005 from Wylie, TX. He currently worked at Jasper Products as a maintenance mechanic. Jonathan was a gifted mechanic and enjoyed golfing, fishing, cooking and especially grilling.
He is survived by his companion, Casey Goodwin of the home; six children, Schandera Katilyn Jordan, Chance Eugene Jordan, Joslyn Dawn Jordan, Kiley Jo Hamilton, Keaton Alan Ewing and Kandon Michael Ewing; his father and stepmother, Buck and Sandy Jordan of Shelbyville, TX; his mother, Gretta Whitmore of MO; three sisters, Madison Moritz of Springfield, MO; Elaina Jean Jordan and Gina Ruth Jordan of Channelview, TX; one brother, Lt. Tyler Irion Whitmore of FL; paternal grandfather, Hartford Eugene Jordan and wife, Blanche and maternal grandfather, Col. John Witt Irion, Jr. and wife, Frances of TN. He is preceded in death by his wife, Schandera R. Jordan, paternal grandmother, Patsy Ruth Jordan and a cousin, Danny Frohne-Jordan.
Visitation services will be Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at the Clark Funeral Home from 5:30 to 7 pm.
The family will host a Celebration of Life at the family home on Thursday, June 14, 2018 from 2 pm to 5 pm.
