Frances Ilene Bragg, 65, of Seneca, Missouri, passed away June 18, 2018. She was born January 15, 1953 in Axtel, Kansas to David and Ruby (Tryon) Devor. Frances married Michael Edward Bragg, and he preceded her in death on December 5, 2016. She had worked as a CNA in nursing homes for many years. She especially loved her pets and grandchildren.
Frances is survived by four children: Ruby Gauthier and her husband, Lyle of Neosho; Jennifer Bragg of Neosho; Jerry Salts of Fremont, NE; and Randy Salts of Wahoo, NE, her parents Ruby and Elton McClaughlin, three brothers: Jim Devor; David Devor, Jr.; and Larry Devor, and eight grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by one brother, Frank Devor.
A private family memorial is planned.
