Patricia Ann Robinson, age 72, Joplin, passed away on Monday, June 11, 2018 at her home after sudden illness.
Pat was born July 19, 1945 in Columbus, Kansas, one of seven children born to the late William Paul Wilton and Virginia Dare Watkins Wilton. She moved to Joplin as a child, and attended Joplin Schools. She married Jerry Lee Gibson in 1963, he preceded her in death in 1992. She was currently working for Homewood Suites in Joplin.
In addition to her parents and Jerry, Pat was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Spruk.
Survivors include her children, Kevin Lee Gibson and wife Karolee of Joplin, Paul Richard Gibson and wife Jessica of Panama City, Panama, and Virginia Diane Gehrke and husband David of Dunnegan, Missouri; grandchildren, Adam Gibson, Andrea Cote, Megan Gibson, Brandon Gibson all of Kansas City, Spencer Gibson, Steven Gehrke and wife Cassie both of Joplin, Michael Gehrke of Dunnegan, Daniel, Madeline, and Eliana Gibson, all of Panama City, Panama; great-grandchildren, Zaiden, Oliver, Logan, and Asher; brothers, Richard Wilton, Jim Wilton both of Joplin; sisters, Linda Yeager of Joplin, Paula Oakes of Oologah, Oklahoma, and Pam Barr of Springfield; several nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Impact Church with Pastor Dan Olson officiating.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary.
