(From Daniel Funeral Home)Barbara Elaine Rader, age 77, of Jasper, Missouri passed away July 18, 2023.
Barbara was born April 27, 1946 in Kirksville, Missouri to Leslie Roberts and Avis Pauline (McCracken) Roberts. Barbara graduated from Lamar High School in the class of 1964. On May 9, 1975, Barbara married Robert Elbert Rader in Miami, Oklahoma.
Barbara was a housewife and stay-at-home mom.
Survivors include two sons, Matt (Dot) Cook and Dusty Cook (Lisa Heath), all of Lamar; three daughters, Barba (Ron) Parrish, Cyndy (Rick) Johnson, all of Lamar and Ann (Mike) Ditty of Lee's Summit, Missouri; 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren and longtime friend, Debbie Hampton.
Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Rader, her parents, and two sisters, Jerri Zinn and Donna Moore.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, July 21, 2023 at Daniel Funeral Home with burial to follow in Lake Cemetery in Lamar, MO.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 pm, Thursday, July 20, 2023 at the funeral home.
Contributions are suggested and made payable to either St. Jude Children's Hospital or Shriner's Hospital for Children in care of Daniel Funeral Home.
