(From Midland Cremation Society(On 7/21/2023, Randy gained his wings. He is now walking the streets of glory with his Lord and Savior, his dog Sadie, his parents, in-laws, grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins who went before him. He is not in pain and now enjoying being with everyone again.
Earth lost a wonderful, loving, faithful, honest, caring, hardworking father and husband and heaven gained one of the best. He is missed immensely.
Randy was born on November 16, 1956 in Kansas City, Kansas to Joseph John Gabriel, Jr. and Shirley Jean Behymer Gabriel. They moved to Neosho, Missouri in 1962 and Randy and his sister Terry
attended Neosho School District where Randy played baseball, basketball and was a lifeguard.
Randy worked at Midwestern Telephone as the Service Manager for over 25 years. He truly enjoyed working in telecommunications. Away from work, Randy enjoyed playing with his grandchildren, playing on a local billiard team (Killin Time), swimming and keeping his lawn immaculate.
Randy leaves behind his wife of 27 years, Marilyn, his sister, Terry Walker and brother-in-law Russell Walker, 4 children (Shannon Spence, David Gabriel, Autumn Gabriel Vick and Seth Gabriel) and two stepsons he loved as his own (Michael Powell and Matthew Wilson), 20 grandchildren (Kyleigh, Austin, Noah, Misty, Lowgan, Charlett, Tierney, Devin, Isabelle, Trevor, Trinity, Mattie, Kayden, Emi, Dalton, Ainsleigh, Ben, Evie, Arya and Ender, 8 great grandchildren (Dayla, Persephone, Calliope, Raelynn, Liam, Weston, Orion and Elara) and very special friends, Gary and Jane Massey.
At Randy's request he is being cremated and there will be no services.
