(From Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home)Cindy Lou Foster, 69, Grove, OK, passed away February 11, 2026 at Freeman West Hospital in Joplin after a long illness.
Cindy Lou Lane was born September 20, 1956 in Fairfield, CA the daughter of Samuel Leon and Betty Jane (Cupp) Lane. Cindy loved dogs, being outdoors and spending time with her family who she dearly loved. She had a special place in her heart for horses and enjoyed going on horse back rides. She worked for the former Garment Factory in Granby and was a Supervisor of EnviromentalServices at Freeman Hospital. Cindy attended the former Upper Room Church in Neosho and then New Life Fellowship.
Cindy Lou Lane married Melford Ray Foster October 5, 1973 in Neosho, MO. and he survives.
Survivors include her husband Melford Ray Foster; daughters Misty Wirth and husband Clint, Christy Rudloff and husband Joseph, Kim Robbins and husband Benjie and Tammy Logan and husband Tom: Her partner Mark Law; Grandchildren: Brett Barnes, Braxton Barnes, Jordan Wirth, Morgan Wirth, Avery Aragon, Nicholas Aragon, Lucious Foster, Maria Nino, Aiden Nino, Tyler Buckallew, Joshua Robbins, Kelsi Oxendine; And several great grandchildren. Her love knew no limits. It was fierce and loyal. Biological or not, she loved us all the same.
The body has been taken for cremation under the care of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca, MO. The family will hold a celebration of life memorial visitation service at 12 to 3PM, February 21, 2026 at New Life Fellowship in Neosho, MO.
