Lewis Wayne Burk, age 58, of Hannibal, Missouri, formerly of Stotts City Missouri, passed away at 4:40 a.m. on Friday, September 29, 2017, at the Hannibal Regional Hospital. He was born May 8, 1959, in Artesia, California, the son of Wayne and Betty (Murphy) Burk.
He is survived by his son, Lance Burk and his wife, Andrea, of Stotts City, Missouri; two granddaughters, Allyson and Lillian Burk, of Stotts City; mother, Betty Colley and her husband, Champ, of Sarcoxie, Missouri; sister, Terrie Quinten and her husband, Mike, of Tulsa, Oklahoma and step mother, Luana Burk, of Nixa, Missouri.
His father, Wayne, and son, Leslie preceded him in death.
A Celebration of Lewis Life will be held from 6:00-7:30 p.m. on Thursday, October, 5, 2017, at the Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon. Online condolences may be shared at www.FossettMosherFuneralHome.com.
