Billy Roy Michael, 78, Seneca, MO passed away on March 17, 2020 surrounded by loved ones at his home.
He was born on February 13, 1942 on a small farm south of Seneca, Mo to LeRoy and Lucille (Mersman) Michael. Bill traveled and worked in the oil fields for many years during his youth.
Bill was preceded in death by his father LeRoy Michael, his mother, Lucille Ridgway and siblings Larry Michael, Judy Cummings, Leona Hurley and Dianna Rudd.
Bill is survived by his loving wife Carol Sue Michael; his father, Marshall Ridgway, Seneca, MO; his daughter, Shelley Webb of Little Rock, AR; his step-sons Darrin and wife Cheri Campbell, Anderson, MO and Dannie and wife Annetta McLaughlin, Wyandotte, OK; step-daughters Diana Cook, Breckenridge, TX and Kandi Mefford of Carthage, MO; 16 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
Bill will be remembered as a loving husband, father and wonderful doting Papa. He was a good story and joke teller, a witty character and someone who pulled family and friends together.
The body has been taken for cremation. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held 10:00 AM, Saturday, March 21, 2020 at the Swars Prairie Baptist Church south of Seneca on DD Highway, with Darren Robbins officiating.
