Larry Wyrick

Larry Wyrick of Chetopa, Kansas passed from this life on March 14, 2020 at his residence, he was 73.

Larry was born on October 19, 1946 in Miami, Oklahoma to John and Eva Mae (Brock) Wyrick. He lived in the area since 1992 moving from Miami, Oklahoma. He worked as a truck diver for Bingham Sand and Gravel in Treece, Kansas. He was a member of the Missouri National Guard. Larry enjoyed to fish and work. He loved his prize possession his dog Taco.








Larry is survived by four sons Johnny Wyrick and wife Alicia of Altomont, Kansas, Michael Forquer and wife Mel of Neosho, Missouri, Sean Forquer and wife Angela of Chetopa, Kansas, Brian Wyrick and wife Katie of Chetopa, Kansas, also one sister Jesstine Ball of Granby, Missouri. He is also survived by eight grandchildren Lacie Forquer, Lanie Forquer, Race Forquer, Connor Forquer, Bayleigh Wyrick, Jadeyn Wyrick, Cason Wyrick and Aaron Wyrick.

Larry is preceded in death by his wife Christy Wyrick, his parents, a sister Donna Sageser and a grandson Caleb Forquer.

Larry will be lying in state at Derfelt’s Baxter Chapel in Baxter Springs, Kansas from 10:00am – 4:00pm Friday March 20, 2020 for those who wish to sign the book and pay your respects. No public service is planned.
