Donna Joann Stephens, age 78, Greenfield, passed away Thursday, March 26, 2020 at St. Luke’s Nursing Center in Carthage, Missouri.
Donna was born September 21, 1941 in San Bernardino, California to the late Donald O. Boger and Florence Lucille Berry Boger. Donna lived in the Greenfield area most of her life and recently moved to the Lamar area to be close to family.
Donna worked a variety of jobs during her life, but her passion was for the outdoors. She loved to camp, boat and just relax by the lake. Donna also enjoyed planting flowers, gardening, sewing and was particularly talented at cooking and baking. She will be missed by everyone that knew and loved her.
In addition to her parents, Donna was also preceded in death by her three brothers, Leroy Nelson, Norman Boger and Ralph Boger.
Survivors include her children, Gretchen Stolc and husband, Steve, Lamar, Missouri, Butch Taylor, Springfield, Missouri, Margaret Taylor, Lamar, Missouri, Matthew Stephens, Carthage, Missouri; grandchildren, Tiffany George, Kaleb Rook, Gage Stephens, Lexi Stephens, McKenzie Stephens, Jayden Stephens, Ryleigh Stephens, River Stephens, Bobby Raby, Rick Crabtree; great grandchildren, Gunner George, Gabby George, Rory Rook, Kainon Raby; several nieces, nephews, extended family.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary.
