(From Clark Funeral Home)Clara Lucille Terry, 89, of Neosho, passed away on Monday, September 25, 2023, following an illness. She was born March 15, 1934, in Avery, Oklahoma, to William Benton Naylor and Gertrude Louise Foster. Clara graduated from Kendrick High School in Kendrick, Missouri.
Most recently, Clara worked as a cashier for a casino and, as a hostess at Cracker Barrel Restaurant; she also worked at R & W Grill and Deluxe Cleaners in Neosho.
Clara was united in marriage to Darwood Terry on September 15, 1995, in Miami, Oklahoma. He survives. Clara enjoyed flowers, and she loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a wonderful cook and especially loved having her family and friends over to cook for.
Clara is survived by one daughter, Sherrie (Bill) Ferguson of Eldon, Missouri; grandchildren, Aaron (Ashley) Ferguson of Moberly, Missouri, William (Rachel) Ferguson of Auxvasse, Missouri; Bobbie Wolgamott of Neosho, Missouri; brother, Glennis (Linda) Naylor of Neosho, Missouri, Sisters, Bobbie Hill of Neosho, Missouri and Berneva (Clyde) Whitman of Grove Oklahoma. She is preceded by her parents and a brother and sister-in-law, John and Yvonne Naylor, and brother-in-law Ray Gene Hill.

Friends may come to Clark Funeral Home in Neosho from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, to view Clara and sign the register book. Private Family Service will be held under the direction of Clark Funeral Homes.
