(From Ozark Funeral Home)Alfred Lee Teague, 75, of Anderson, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, August 24, 2024 at Solace House of the Ozarks in Joplin, Missouri.
He entered this life on August 30, 1948 in Pineville, Missouri, born to the late, Talfey and Rettie Arleena (Pierce) Teague. Alfred married Sharon Rose Griner in 1969 in Miami, Oklahoma and to this union four daughters were born. He worked in the Maintenance Department for Taylor Homes in Anderson, Missouri. Alfred enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time outdoors.
Alfred was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers and three sisters.
He is survived by his wife, Sharon Teague of the home; four daughters, Colleen Hollis (Richard), Sabrina Reeves (Kenneth) and Melissa Fellers (Joel) all of Anderson, Missouri; Mary Adam of Goodman, Missouri; three sisters, Joyce, Letha and Evelyn; 11 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren; as well as a host of family and friends and extended family who will dearly miss Alfred.
Graveside Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, August 29, 2024 at the Pineville Cemetery in Pineville, Missouri. Those honoring his life by serving as pallbearers are his grandsons, Billy, Chris, DJ, Brandon, Dakota and Darrell. Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 pm in the Anderson Chapel of the Ozark Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 28, 2024.
