Autumn Qualls

Autumn J. Qualls, 42, Seneca, MO, passed into eternal rest August 21, 2024 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Autumn Jane Woodward was born December 4, 1981 in Joplin, MO the daughter of Howard and Kay (Derfelt) Woodward. Autumn was a lifelong area resident. She graduated from Seneca in High School 2000 and then went on to get her Master's Degree in Library Science Degree. 







Autumn was the librarian for Neosho Middle School. She had worked for the Neosho School District for 20 years. She loved sharing her faith with others. She was a cheerleader for Jesus. She enjoyed going to the lake and being in the sun. Autumn loved children and enjoyed spending time with her children. Her life revolved around her children. Autumn was a faithful lifelong member and a intricate part of the Seneca Christian Church family. Her joy will always be remembered. Her faith and love for Jesus will be a beacon of hope to those left behind.

Survivors include husband Brian and 13 year old twins, Jase and Palmer Qualls of the home. Autumn is also survived by her father, Howard Woodward (wife April), brothers Randy Woodward (wife Deann) and Artie Woodward all of Seneca, MO. Danny Woodward and wife Tammy of Joplin, MO, Sister Tammy White and husband David of Neosho, MO and a host of extended family and friends.

Autumn was preceded in death by her mother, Kay Derfelt Woodward.

The body has been taken for cremation under the personal direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca.







A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 5:00 pm, August 27, 2024 at the Seneca Christian Church with Joshua Frakes officiating. Following the services the family will receive friends.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Autumn Qualls Memorial Fund at any Community Bank & Trust location or make checks payable to Autumn Qualls Memorial Fund and mail to Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home PO Box 380, Seneca, MO 64865.
