Chandler Venegoni

Chandler Cruz Venegoni, age 12, child of Alicia (Kinsey) Venegoni and Caleb Venegoni, passed from this life on Saturday, June 20, 2026 in the arms of his mother and father, surrounded by their family.

Chandler was born March 16, 2014 in Joplin, MO to Alicia (Kinsey) Venegoni and Caleb Venegoni. They had lived in Miami, OK for several years before moving to Joplin, MO. He was a 6th grader at Carl Junction Intermediate School. Chandler played baseball on Miracle League of Joplin for several years and was part of the Carl Junction Special Olympics. He was a member of the Uncommon Life Church in Joplin, MO.








Chandler is survived by his mother Alicia Venegoni of the home, his father Caleb Venegoni and Kelsey Williams of Adrian, MO, 1 sister, Clara Venegoni of the home in Joplin, maternal grandparents, Steven and Cindy Kinsey of Miami, OK, paternal grandparents, Janet Porter and husband Robert of Miami, OK, David Venegoni of Oklahoma City, OK, great grandparents, Romine and Millie Davis of Afton, OK, great grandmother, Judy Venegoni of Smyrna, GA; aunts and uncles: Amy Kinsey, Ryan and Shanda Kinsey, Ashley and Chris Baldwin, Rylie Kinsey and Sarayut Phosai, Anna and Dillon Ross, Angela Venegoni, Steven Fritchey and Lilly Triplett; Cousins: Lani Kinsey, Ryah Kinsey, Cooper Fritchey, Kyla Kinsey, Cash Baldwin, Daxton Kinsey and Reagan Cott; Extended family: Bentley, Peyton, and Gracie Williams.

The family would like to thank all of his nurses, providers, and caregivers who have provided love and support for the last 12 years. 








Funeral services will be held at First Assembly of God in Miami, OK on Wednesday, June 24th at 10:00 am. Rev. Richard Morris will officiate. Interment will be at Fairland Cemetery in Fairland, OK. Caleb Venegoni, Ryan Kinsey, Rylie Kinsey, Dillon Ross, Chris Baldwin, Cooper Fritchey, and Steven Fritchey will serve as pallbearers. 

The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 pm on Tuesday, June 23rd at First Assembly of God in Miami, OK. Services have been placed in the care of Paul Thomas Funeral Home and Cremation Service of Miami, OK. Online condolences may be made at www.paulthomasfuneralhomes.com.
