Lori Myers

(From Ozark Funeral Home)

Lori Ann Myers, age 56, passed away unexpectedly on June 27, 2026.

Born on June 22, 1970, in Turlock, California, Lori dedicated her life to her family as a loving wife, devoted mother, cherished grandmother, and faithful homemaker. She had a beautiful soul and a servant's heart, always putting others before herself. Lori was the steady presence in the lives of those who knew her, offering love, encouragement, wisdom, and comfort to anyone who needed it. To her family and friends, she wasn't just a house to come home to; she was home.

On December 5, 1990, Lori married the love of her life, Charles Ray Myers. Together they built a life centered on family and unconditional love. Through every season of life, including Charlie's courageous battle with cancer, Lori faithfully stood beside him with unwavering strength, compassion, and devotion. Their marriage was a beautiful example of commitment and enduring love.

Lori found joy in caring for others. She loved cooking for her family, spending time at the beach, listening to music, sharing coffee with friends, and attending Blake Shelton concerts with Charlie. Above all, she treasured time with her grandchildren. Whether calling Elijah and Cali just to see how their day was going, offering advice, picking up Nova and Willow from school, cheering on her grandchildren at their activities, or simply spending time together, her greatest happiness was found in the people she loved.

Her faith was quiet but steadfast. She believed that God was in control of every season of life and found strength in her favorite Bible verse, Philippians 4:13:

"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."

Lori is survived by her sons, Charles Arenas and wife Kristin Arenas, Michael Myers, and Zachary Myers and her daughter-in-law Alex Barnett; her beloved grandchildren, Elijah Arenas, Cali Arenas, Nova Myers, Willow Myers, and Jameson Myers; her brothers, Johnny Silva, Jeff Silva, and James Silva; her sisters, Josie Silva and Jane Silva; along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends whose lives she touched.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Charles Ray Myers; her parents, John Silva and Janet Fisher; and her sister, Jeanine Van Winkle.

Lori will be remembered for the love she gave so freely, the strength she quietly carried, and the countless lives she touched with her kindness. Her legacy lives on in the family she loved so deeply.

We will carry on the love you gave us.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Ozark Funeral Home in Anderson, Missouri. Lori's son, Charles Arenas, will officiate. Cremation to follow. Arrangements are entrusted to Ozark Funeral Home in Anderson, Missouri.
