(From Greenfield Funeral Chapel)Joyce Elaine Mary, of Dadeville, MO, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at the age of 89.
She was born on November 26, 1936 in Lexington, NE to Kenneth H. and Helen G. Young. Joyce graduated from Overton High School in Overton, NE. She was united in marriage to Ronald Lee Mary on August 1, 1992 in Springfield, MO. Joyce was a member of the St. Andrew Lutheran Church in Stockton, MO. She always liked socializing with her girl friends and catching up. Joyce enjoyed spending time cooking, and going to the lake. She had a special place in her heart for dogs.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Kenneth and Helen Young; her son, Tim Reed; and her brother, Maynard Young.
Survivors include her husband, Ronald Mary; her daughter, Debbie Johnson; five step-children, Ronda Elliott and husband David, Katherine Mary-Gonzales and husband Felix, Angela Mary and Alyn Brown, Sandra Ogle, and Ron Mary and wife Chrissie; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The family will conduct a memorial service at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at St. Andrew Lutheran Church in Stockton, MO. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to an animal shelter of the donor’s choice, or another organization close to their heart. Cremation services are under the care of Greenfield Funeral Chapel.
