Rutger House

Rutger "Rudy" House, 38, of Kimberling City passed from this life Sunday, June 14th. Rutger was born in Visalia, California on December 15th, 1987. He is the beloved father of Adonis, Avacyn, and Azaliah House. He is also survived by his parents Lawrence and Sheila House, brother Britten House, and his children, his grandmother Joan Ernsberger, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.

Rutger grew up in Shell Knob, attended Shell Knob Schools, then Cassville High School. Rutger was an Eagle Scout, and had spent a year as an AIM missionary in Mexico. 






After returning from Mexico, Rutger obtained his Peace Officer Standard Training certification and worked for the Stone County Sheriff's Office, then the Kimberling City Police Department. He most recently worked for The Port of Kimberling.

Rutger's life was centered around his children, and he supported their interests and hobbies. He enjoyed spending time outdoors including fishing, hunting, campfires, and discussing current events and politics. His family will always miss him.

Arrangements are under the direction of White Funeral Home and Crematory.
