Ellena Whitman, 91, passed away March 1, 2018 in Seneca, MO.
Ellena was born August 17, 1926 in Neosho, MO. She was a housekeeper in the medical field. Ellena was a member of the Burch Baptist Church.
She was married to Elwyn Whitman and he preceded her in death. Survivors include one son, Clyde Whitman, and wife, Berneva of Grove, OK; one daughter, Joyce Gaylin of Fresno, CA; one sister, Violet Garbin of Covina, CA.; 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. In addition to her husband, Ellena was preceded in death by her parents, 2 sons, an infant daughter, 2 brothers and 1 sister.
Graveside services will be on Saturday, March 3 at 10:00 am at the Swars Prairie Cemetery, Seneca, MO with Chaplain Danny Mullins presiding. Contributions in memory of Ellena may be made to Seneca House, c/o Clark Funeral Home, PO Box 66, Neosho, MO 64850.
